We are proud to showcase barley shochu made with Toyonohoshi, a barley variety developed jointly with Oita Prefecture specifically for shochu production. As part of our ongoing branding initiative, we have registered the Toyonohoshi trademark. At our booth, you can sample 14 different barley shochu produced by 14 distilleries, each highlighting its own distinctive character and the fragrant aroma of this unique barley. We invite you to compare and enjoy the diverse expressions of Toyonohoshi shochu.
