In recent years, under the slogan "Powering Our Hometown – A Distillery Supporting a Circular Local Economy," we have actively used safe, locally grown agricultural products from Oita Prefecture, particularly Usuki, while working closely with local farmers to contribute to our community through sustainable, locally rooted sake and shochu production.
