Founded in 2009 in Taketa, Oita Prefecture, Kayashima Shurui is the shochu distillery behind the renowned sake brand Nishinoseki. Our signature barley shochu, Bungo Seimei (retail price: ¥1,120, tax included), offers a light yet rich, velvety flavor. Bungo Seimei 10-Year Aged (retail price: ¥1,830, tax included) is matured for more than ten years, resulting in an exceptionally smooth and mellow taste. We also produce Kayashima Yonesaburo (retail price: ¥1,340, tax included), a gently sweet rice shochu with a delicate aroma of rice.
