Founded in 1831, we are located in the lush mountain town of Hinokage in northern Miyazaki Prefecture and are now led by our seventh-generation president. Our flagship product, Muroka Goei, is an authentic sweet potato shochu that showcases the rich flavor and natural sweetness of sweet potatoes. We also produce barley, buckwheat, and glutinous rice shochu. At the festival, we will be offering seasonal and limited-edition products, as well as exclusive original merchandise.
