Founded in 1935 in Hitoyoshi City, Kumamoto Prefecture, Fukuda Shuzo has been producing premium Kuma Shochu under the motto "Quality Over Efficiency." Our flagship brands include Sanga and Tarumikoshi, both known for their clean, smooth taste and gentle aroma, making them an excellent introduction to shochu. At the festival, we will also be offering Sanga 16%, a shochu blended with local hot spring water and available exclusively in Hitoyoshi.
