Founded in 1900 in the Hitoyoshi-Kuma region of Kumamoto Prefecture, we specialize in authentic rice shochu. In addition to our flagship brands Hakutake and Hakutake Shiro, we produce Hakutake KAORU, known for its rich rice flavor and fruity ginjo-style aroma. We especially recommend enjoying it with sparkling water. At the festival, we will also be offering the Hakutake KAORU Starry Sky Bottle, KOMORIUTA, our traditional earthenware pot-fermented shochu, and Hakutake Yuzumon, a refreshing blend of Hakutake rice shochu with Japanese yuzu and lemon juice.
