KIKAIJIMASYUZOU
Founded in 1916, this year marks our 110th anniversary. Located on Kikaijima in Kagoshima Prefecture, our distillery uses mineral-rich groundwater from this uplifted coral island as brewing water. Committed to traditional atmospheric distillation, our shochu is aged for at least one year before bottling. Our flagship brands are Kikaijima and Sannen Netazo. We also offer a wide range of premium expressions, including Captain Kidd, aged in oak barrels for over seven years, and Kikaijima Ceramic Bottle, aged for more than ten years.
