More than a century ago, our founder established the brewery in Ichikikushikino in search of exceptional water. The spring water found here is renowned for its outstanding quality. Combined with carefully selected Satsuma sweet potatoes, it forms the foundation of Satsuma Tanabata, our traditional sweet potato shochu, crafted with dedication since the brewery's founding. We will also offer a special limited-edition reserve available exclusively at Mizuho PayPay Dome.
