Since 1901, we have been crafting shochu in Osaki Town on the southeastern Osumi Peninsula. Our shochu is known for its smooth and gentle character, thanks to the soft underground water from Fugendo Spring, one of Japan's Top 100 Spring Waters of the Heisei era. In recent years, we have also expanded into whisky production, applying newly gained expertise to develop innovative new styles of shochu.
