Founded in 1902, our distillery is located in Imuta Onsen of Satsumasendai City, Kagoshima Prefecture. In pursuit of the ideal shochu, we employ a unique production method featuring handmade koji, wooden fermentation vats, wooden stills, and cave aging for our flagship brand, Nokaido, and various other shochu. We invite you to enjoy its delicate woody aroma and refined, elegant flavor. We will also be offering the distillery-exclusive Nokaido Hanamai 44% ABV.
