Hamada Shuzo
Founded in 1868 in Ichikikushikino, Hamada Syuzou operates three distinctive distilleries—Denbee-gura, Denzoin-gura, and Kinzan-gura—each embodying the concepts of tradition, innovation, and heritage. At the festival, we will feature unique expressions including the botanical-style barley shochu CHILL GREEN and the lychee-like aromatic sweet potato shochu DAIYAME.
